Based in Philadelphia, Randy Dietrich is an experienced healthcare Senior Consultant with nearly 10 years of experience placing senior leadership to support clinical integration, service line development, and service excellence. His extensive understanding of healthcare leadership helps him identify senior-level executives and physician leaders on behalf of hospitals, health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, physician group practices, and related healthcare organizations across the country.

Prior to joining Furst Group, Randy served in a senior delivery role executing executive-level healthcare search within two different top-tier global healthcare executive search firms. Randy holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
