The Opportunity 

Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Vice President of Physician Enterprise will provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for the physician enterprise across Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Leading enterprise-wide physician alignment and integration initiatives 

• Strengthening operational and financial performance across physician practices 

• Partnering with physicians and executive leaders to advance quality, growth, and patient experience 

• Supporting provider recruitment, retention, engagement, and leadership development 

• Driving strategic planning and long-term growth of the physician enterprise 

• Building a unified operating model that supports consistency, collaboration, and scalability across the organization 

The successful candidate will bring extensive physician enterprise leadership experience, a strong operational and financial background, and a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, executives, and boards.
