Who we are
At Furst Group, we are in our fourth decade of providing talent and leadership solutions to the healthcare and insurance industries. We invite you to learn more about our respected team.
Furst Group Vice President Jessica Homann brings keen, analytical insight as she helps health systems, hospitals, academic medical centers, and health insurers across the country navigate the continuum of the talent life cycle.
With 15 years of experience working closely with providers, payers, and healthcare service organizations, she is adept at helping clients recognize possible organizational challenges and create thorough leadership strategies around the recruitment, development, and retention of executive leadership teams. She is especially passionate about assisting the executive development and coaching of clinicians, both physicians and nurses.
Jessica is an accomplished public speaker who has presented at industry meetings and conferences on topics that include succession planning, alignment strategies, the use of technology in recruiting, and helping to bridge generational gaps among medical staff. Her personal interest in how the future direction of healthcare is creating a greater demand for a new type of leader drives her desire to continuously seek out and groom optimal talent for her clients.
Her work has helped numerous organizations through identifying and attracting chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief nursing officers, chief medical officers, and chief human resources officers.
Among providers, she has worked tirelessly and sensitively to meet the needs of mission-driven, faith-based health systems and hospitals. And, in the era of reform, she also has established a niche as a trusted adviser for healthcare companies on the selection and development of revenue cycle executives.
Jessica joined Furst Group in 2011 with an award-winning history of recruiting clinical and administrative leaders. She is a valued partner for clients in addressing a wide range of issues, including physician alignment efforts, formalized mentoring programs, leadership development, and strategic hiring practices.
She earned a bachelor of science degree in business management.
