Building a successful team and organization goes well beyond the specific position you are filling and the talent you hire. Working with a partner who pushes past the surface, listens with intention, and whose extensive market knowledge and expertise help align your business strategies with talent needs to ensure sustainable growth while minimizing risk ensures your organization’s success now and into the future.

When it comes to building strong teams, clients value Tim’s blended approach of consultant and executive coach. His counsel allows them to react swiftly and intentionally when needed; as one client highlights, “Furst Group was superior in several aspects with what was a challenging search. Tim Frischmon provided expert guidance in the [role] development, as well as advice on how to manage a real curve ball when a potential partnership opportunity appeared late in the search.”

This ensures the best possible outcomes for everyone involved in the search—board, CEO, search committee, candidates, and the organization.
