Pete Eisenbarth Vice President Pete Eisenbarth leads Furst Group's products and services practice and manages initiatives with other practice lines including provider and payer search engagements. Pete has completed numerous searches for a wide variety of senior executives within the health care industry including Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Presidents, Executive Directors, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Chief Information Officers and Chief Financial Officers. With his strong network and search experience, Pete offers invaluable guidance and results to his clients. He provides search and recruitment expertise to leading hospital and health systems, progressive health services organizations and several of the nation's largest health plans. Pete is passionate about building long-term relationships with individuals and organizations to ensure successful search results. Prior to joining Furst Group, Pete was a Vice President at an executive search firm where he generated, acquired and maintained multiple Fortune 500 accounts, including Microsoft, Target, General Mills and Home Depot. Pete has more than 10 years of experience in sales and management roles within the service and recruitment industry. His recruitment knowledge has led to his being interviewed by a variety of media publications. Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. |
