Kevin Reddy Kevin Reddy joined Furst Group's team in 2002 as a Senior Consultant at the organization's Rockford office. He was promoted to Vice President in September 2005. In his position as Vice President, Kevin has recruited numerous executives within the health care industry, including Chief Executive Officers, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Chief Information Officers and Chief Financial Officers. Among his clients, Kevin has provided leadership for three of the leading national government programs payers; the largest single-specialty publicly traded ambulatory surgery center; the leading publicly traded care management organization; the leading national preferred provider network; and multiple regional health plans, hospitals and health systems. Prior to joining Furst Group, Kevin was a search executive for a pharmaceutical and medical device placement firm. Along with recruiting professionals to expedite clinical trials for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, Kevin was responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes to attract and retain talent both internally and for his client organizations. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales, management and executive operations roles within the human capital management and recruitment industry. Kevin's knowledge of human resources has led to his being interviewed by a variety of industry publications. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Education. |
