Dennis Pankratz Dennis Pankratz began his recruitment career with Furst Group in 1986 and over the course of the next five years helped to launch the firm's health care practice. He then spent five years operating his own health care recruitment company pioneering the use of video technology for resumes, interviews and candidate presentations. He rejoined Furst Group in 1996 as Vice President and helped build a nationwide practice that includes prominent hospitals and health systems, community health groups, clinics and managed care organizations. He was promoted to Principal in 2006 and now has an ownership interest in the organization. His personal recruitment philosophy is predicated upon the belief that there can be no greater professional pursuit than to be involved in shaping the destiny of an organization by the caliber of a candidate recruited. As a seasoned consultant, Dennis is dedicated to providing clients a professional analysis of their needs and a cost-effective and time-efficient search strategy to address those requirements. He has counseled with numerous boards, search committees and hiring authorities on a broad range of leadership issues. He has an enviable track record in placing highly talented individuals at every conceivable position at the senior management level. Dennis has developed a particular expertise in working with faith-based and community-sponsored health care organizations where sensitivity to diversity and culture are especially important. He brings energy, creativity, know-how and persistence to each assignment. His credentials include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Master's of Health Administration degree. |
