Tim Frischmon Tim Frischmon has been an integral member of the Furst Group team since joining the organization in 1994. He has a proven track record of assisting clients in identifying and attracting key leadership critical to their short- and long-term success. Adding to his achievements, Tim became a Principal in 2005 and has an ownership interest in the firm. With more than 12 years of experience in the health care industry, he has a passion for exceeding expectations as he assists boards of directors, CEOs and senior management in developing bench strength and building high performance leadership teams. Tim’s commitment to forging deep, lasting relationships has led to multiple searches for a wide variety of health care organizations, including: the largest publicly traded health care services/managed care organization in the country; the nation’s leading publicly traded government programs health plan; the largest publicly traded single-specialty ambulatory surgery center management company; one of the top 10 not-for-profit integrated delivery systems; the leading, publicly traded, disease management company; one of the largest publicly traded end-of-life care organizations; and the leading, privately held consumer-directed company sold to the nation’s largest publicly traded health care services/managed organization in the country. In addition, he has partnered and consulted with numerous industry leaders in succession planning, staff transitions, organizational and leadership assessment, as well as in assisting with the negotiation and onboarding process for key executives. Active in several professional and civic organizations, Tim has led presentations within the industry and contributed to numerous articles. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Minnesota, Morris, where he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association. |
