President and Co-founder Sherrie Barch's experience consists of more than 20 years of executive-level placements combined with an intuitive skill for assessing individual talent and organizational needs.

Sherrie has conducted numerous searches for Chief Executive Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Medical Directors, Vice Presidents of Sales, Chief Operating Officers, and other top-level executives. She is specially qualified in her ability to assist organizations with leadership development planning. Sherrie's experience and skills include supporting clients in the development of core competencies, building methods for boards to appropriately assess candidates, and preparing boards for their partnership in the search process. Her ability to develop and implement processes to ensure a successful search outcome is a hallmark of her career.

In addition, Sherrie facilitates methods to ensure an organization is successful in the recruitment of multiple positions. Most recently, she developed infrastructure to support large-scale recruitment activities for the leading provider dedicated to government-sponsored health plans. In addition, she has worked with many boards of directors as they navigate through the succession process for key leadership positions, developing resources to appropriately review both internal and external candidate options.
