The Candidate's Role in the Search Process

When we contact executives about a position, some of our initial conversations focus on their experience, the organizations they have been affiliated with, their accomplishments, tenure, etc. These qualifying interviews help us gather insight on their interest and ability to meet the requirements of the position.

While skills and experience are important, a key differentiator in the selection process will be their cultural fit and compatibility with the organization's values and mode of operation. We believe in the importance of personally meeting candidates to engage in a more detailed discussion regarding their work and management style, career decisions and how their personal life will be affected by taking a particular position.

Based on our understating of the clients position and needs, the search consultant provides potential candidates with an honest appraisal regarding their fit in the client organization. Our goal is to make certain the ultimate decision of our client is the best one for all involved.
