Assessment

Furst Group employs a multi-point assessment process to ensure candidates have a 360-degree fit based on job skills, leadership qualities, personal values and overall intelligence.

When interviewing potential candidates, it is critical to understand all of what the candidate represents. Through many hours of discussions, interviews and references, we are able to determine the very traits that make a candidate successful for a particular client. Many years of experience have taught us the best method to determine a candidate's true value. These Exceptional Value Indicators are the sum of experiences translated into the true measure of one's predictive success. It is not specific experiences that make a candidate successful, but the sum of all experiences. By assessing a candidate's Personal Ability Pattern, we gain tremendous insight into how a candidate will think or act in a particular situation. It also allows us to accurately predict a candidate's "comfort zone" of style and performance. The Personal Resource Inventory takes into consideration the tools, creativity, knowledge, and connectivity an individual brings to the role. These are not only the resources available to the candidate, but more importantly how and when they are used to achieve maximum results. Collectively, these assessments provide a competitive edge when evaluating top talent to bring to your team.
